Announcements for the MRD: Dow’s Political and Economic Discussion Club
The MRD, Dow’s political and economic discussion club, will be starting off the year with an important discussion and analysis of the world economy and its current status while also analyzing the gleaming fragility that has manifested in the economies of some nations, most recently Australia. We will also be discussing Elizabeth Warren’s recent steps to start her 2020 presidential campaign, America’s possible withdraw from Syria and how America’s political factions have reacted to the announcement, and finally, we will be checking up on international working class protests in Europe, Asia, and America. Anyone interested in these topics should come to the Little Theater this Tuesday from 3:00 to 4:15 after school. And always remember, anyone with an idea for a discussion topic for the MRD can email Luke Mavis so that it can be considered for the next meeting.
Let’s grow stronger together.
